A Court makes a bankruptcy order only after a bankruptcy petition has been presented. As you would be petitioning your own bankruptcy you would have your court date booked by ourselves or organized into a ‘walk in’ court. You will be asked to give your petition (provided by us) to a bankruptcy clerk.
Please be aware that the Bankruptcy court is not an open court, and you will not be asked to stand in front of a jury. In most cases, people do not even see a Judge for bankruptcy and even if you do, it will be in a private office.
