Bankruptcy Help offers free independent bankruptcy advice for both personal and business bankruptcy situations.
Bankruptcy help you can trust.
Help with Bankruptcy is generally available from many sources, though free facilities do not necessarily offer ‘expert’ advice and will almost certainly not protect you from being harassed by creditors and / or Bailiffs.
It is often the case that the process is completed over several months, as the bankrupt needs time to save the online bankruptcy cost, which is £680 these days. It is therefore necessary to have some form of protection in place and this will not be the case with free facilities.
We undertake to protect you from the outset and will even take on the likes of HMRC and the major banks in protecting you. Once we have a Letter of Authority from you, we will advise the various parties and ‘take the heat’ on your behalf.
Perhaps the single most important part of preparing the online submission for you is the Income and Expenditure, as this will decide whether you will be asked for a monthly payment or not, once bankrupt. It is our job to show the Insolvency Service that you have no disposable income, using the latest allowable expenses allowances. This monthly payment is known as an ‘Income Payments Agreement’ or IPA. There are different IPA options depending on your circumstances.
